UWP Consulting Tanzania is a private company founded and registered in 2005, and represents a partnership between seven Tanzanian professionals and UWP Holdings of South Africa. The Tanzanian shareholders have a 51% shareholding in the company whilst the remaining 49% is owned by UWP Holdings. Although relatively recently established, the professional staff of UWP Tanzania as individuals have experience in a broad range of consulting services in the fields of engineering, transportation, water supply and sanitation, human resource management, training, environmental engineering, highway design, structures, geo-technics and construction management.
