Training & Management Services

Training & Management Services

UWP’s mission is to offer high quality, affordable services to clients through a process of continual training of our staff & Client’s counterpart staff in the latest technological advances and management techniques.

A specific focus of our offerings is on mentorship training and skills development, which aim to provide professionals with opportunities to enhance their knowledge and advance their careers. These initiatives are also crucial for improving succession planning and ensuring the sustainability of a well-qualified and knowledgeable workforce in the built environment.

Our experience with this approach demonstrates that a joint emphasis on skills development and transfer can foster cohesion between the client and provider. We believe this collaboration will create a working environment that encourages peer-to-peer learning.

Vacation Work Programme

Students engaged in practical training and graduate engineers (SEAP) have the opportunity to spend their vacation in a design office or on project sites. During this time, students are exposed to various focus areas related to their field of study and are assigned to a professional mentor. Their progress is logged in a portfolio of evidence, which is used to assess their development throughout the project.
